14.02 and 7-8.03 delivery in Kyiv and Kyiv region is carried out during the day (from 8:00 to 21:00), without the possibility of specifying the exact delivery time (or for an additional fee). The cost of delivery on holidays is 350 UAH. Delivery in Kyiv on regular days from 9:00 to 20:00 costs 250 UAH* (+200 UAH in the evening, between 17:00-20:00). Delivery in Ukraine is possible from 2 hours after the order is processed by the manager. Worldwide delivery is carried out during the working day 6 days a week, except Sunday. The cost of worldwide delivery is included in the price of the goods.

On 14 February and 8 March, we reserve the right to replace the individual colors on the equivalent value, without compromising the integrity of the composition. Depending on the season and supply, the availability of certain types of flowers in some regions may be limited. It is also possible absence of certain shades of colors the day of delivery. For this reason, we recommend placing orders in advance in order to be able to complete a bouquet that is as identical as possible to the photo from the catalog on the website.
