Пользуюсь Вашими услугами второй раз,решил и в дальнейшем обращаться именно к Вам.Качество обслуживания при оформлении заказа - отличное, цветы замечательные. Однако при выполнении заказа №1102-7808433 от 14.02. я заказал фотографию момента вручения букета, но, со слов получателя, курьер вручил букет и удалился, даже не предложив сделать фотографию. Надеюсь что по данному факту будет проведена разъяснительная беседа с курьерами, с целью недопущения подобных ситуаций. С Уважением, Валерий.
